01

Your question, our starting point

Every collaboration starts with listening. We get to know your product and context and focus on the challenge: what needs to be better, faster, safer or more consistent?

02

From demand to scope and plan

We translate that into a clear proposal: approach, timing, budget and what "successful" means. Where necessary, we first validate critical points with a test setup, so that we identify and mitigate risks early on.

03

Engineering under one roof

Mechanics, electrical and software work in parallel in one team. We design manufacturable, maintenance-friendly and safe, with direct communication between disciplines.

04

Production with a grip on quality

We build and machine in-house and manage for dimensional accuracy and finish. So we keep quality and planning in our own hands.

05

Assembly with direct communication

Engineering and production are in the same building. Whoever designs is in direct contact with whoever builds. No loss of knowledge, no misunderstandings.

06

Testing and fine-tuning at SMO

Before the installation leaves, we test extensively: functionality, stability and performance. We adjust until everything is ready for validation.

07

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

You validate at SMO based on the agreed criteria. We demonstrate, test and record what is ready for transport. You get the agreed technical file: schematics, manuals and maintenance instructions.

08

Transport and installation

We deliver and install on site, including (dis)assembly and connection. A single point of contact from workshop to site.

09

Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and commissioning

On your site, we set everything up and fine-tune in your environment. Together we go through the SAT. We provide tailor-made training for operators, technical service and cleaning crew. You start up with a solution as agreed, and a team that can work with it.

10

Service and development

After delivery, we remain available for service, spare parts, upgrades and optimisations. Not a one-off supplier, but a long-term partner.
