From remote support to spare parts and training: we organise service so that problems don't linger and your team becomes stronger.
Remote support
Where relevant and by agreement, we can securely monitor PLC and HMI remotely (e.g. via VPN or 4G). This allows us to solve many software issues without a site visit. Useful for export projects.
Preventive maintenance & interventions
From periodic checks to acute mechanical interventions, our in-house service technicians are ready. Fast response times and clear agreements are possible when so agreed, e.g. via a maintenance contract.
Spare parts
On delivery, we determine the critical spare parts together. Where possible, we choose standard components that are internationally available (e.g. Siemens, Festo, SEW). Where necessary, we provide stock or production drawings to (re)produce parts quickly.
Training & education
We train operators and technical staff so that your team becomes self-reliant. Less dependency, faster troubleshooting and more grip on the line.
