From the European Union, the European Social Fund offers us the financial support in the context of the development of a sustainable career policy within SMO.

Through the ‘sustainable HR policy’ project, we want to focus on the continued growth of our employees from the start of their career at SMO. Action points such as a structured selection and reception procedure, an optimized evaluation, clear pay policy, job descriptions linked to competencies and a training plan are developed to promote the long-term relationship with our employees.

The contribution from ESF is 32,000 euros. The contribution from VCF is 48,000 euros.
